Chirping Sounds

Birds are chirping loudly in the morning sun.
Is it a ritual of Spring or has a party begun?

Are they announcing who won the early bird worm fest,
or simply announcing another new nest?

What  is causing  this happy chirping?
Well, we will just say...
"We are thankful for Spring and the dawn of a new day".

The sky is gorgeous, the roses in bloom,
the trees fully green now,
Summer will be here soon.
