Poem Twenty-three

Trying to Diet

Strawberry banana,
orange delight,
chocolate caramel,
cake that's just right.

Chocolate chip cookies,
cheesecake too,
throw in pecan pie,
that's what we do.

But...
Now it's time to declare war against these.
Go on a diet, roll up my sleeves,
get out and walk,
and eat well and then...
Lose lots of weight,
over again.
